Healthy Chocolate Granola Recipe
Crunchy and naturally sweetened with honey, this Healthy Chocolate Granola
recipe will make you look forward to breakfast!
old-fashioned rolled oats
unsweetened cacao powder
Preheat your oven at 325F.
In one bowl, combine the following dry ingredients: oats, chia seeds, and salt. Mix well and set aside.
In another bowl, combine the coconut oil, honey, and cacao powder. Mix well and then heat in the microwave for about 20 seconds.
Add the chocolate mixture to the dry mixture until the oats are evenly coated.
Transfer to a parchment paper-lined baking pan.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, stirring halfway (I did mine at 8 minutes). Keep an eye on it as it could get burned.
Sprinkle with sea salt and let it cool completely before eating or storing. Mix in the chocolate chips (if using).
